Balancing act between overlicensed and underlicensed.
The CLA members work together in order to group their competences and to strengthen each other. Purpose of the alliance is to foster shared marketing and sales, to group their competences and services as well as to develop new services to customers. Furthermore, public relation activities are clustered.
The CLA members are independent of software vendors and act as lobbyists for customers. License commissions as well as kickbacks to software and hardware vendors and their retailers are refused. The latter may be confirmed in written form. The members aim at working together on a fair basis and providing highest quality to customers. Loyalty and fairness towards customers is treated with highest priority. Customer cases are treated confidentially.
